Where do you start when you want to build a team?
I had the pleasure of speaking at a Venture Cup event the other day, where I did a talk on the very first steps when you’re building a company or a team.

Venture Cup is a competition, which is a great first step if you have been thinking about an idea. I totally recommend entering it to learn, get to know more people who can help you or to get a deadline to kick yourself into action. Deadline is in May.
